INGREDIENTS :-
2 cups sugar
1 cup water
1/3 cup cocoa powder
1 Tbsp. Vanilla
1 Tbsp. Butter or Ghee
METHOD :-
Combine sugar water and cocoa. Bring to a boil and boil for 3 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in butter and vanilla. If too runny it can be thickened with cornstarch and a little water.
