– 1 ripe avocado
– 1/4 cup of fresh chopped cilantro
– 2 tablespoons of lemon juice

– 1/4 cup of olive oil

Mint and Yogurt Dressing:
– 1 cup of natural yogurt
– 2 tablespoons of fresh mint
– 2 tablespoons of lemon juice

Instructions:
