Ingredients:
2 (8 oz) cans refrigerated crescent roll dough
1/4 lb sliced deli ham
1/4 lb sliced pepperoni
1/4 lb sliced salami
1/4 lb sliced provolone cheese
1/4 lb sliced mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup roasted red peppers, drained and sliced
3 large eggs
1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon dried oregano
Directions:
Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
Layer Crescent Dough: Unroll one can of crescent roll dough and press it into the bottom of the prepared baking dish, pinching the seams together.
Layer Meats and Cheeses: Layer the ham, pepperoni, salami, provolone, mozzarella, and roasted red peppers over the crescent dough.
Top with Crescent Dough: Unroll the second can of crescent roll dough and place it over the top of the layered ingredients, pinching the seams together and sealing the edges.
Prepare Egg Wash: In a small bowl, beat the eggs and stir in the Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and dried oregano.
Bake: Brush the egg mixture evenly over the top layer of crescent dough. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and cooked through.
