Ingredients:
2 cups elbow macaroni
1 cup cooked chicken breast, shredded
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup condensed milk
1/4 cup diced carrots
1/4 cup diced celery
1/4 cup sweet relish
1/4 cup pineapple tidbits, drained
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Cook the elbow macaroni according to package instructions. Drain and let it cool.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, mayonnaise, condensed milk, carrots, celery, sweet relish, and pineapple tidbits.
Add the cooled macaroni to the bowl and mix everything together until well combined.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving to allow the flavors to meld together.
