Layered Fresh Fruit Salad 🍓🍑🍇

Ingredients:
– 2 cups diced pineapple
– 2 cups diced mango
– 2 cups sliced strawberries
– 2 cups blueberries
– 2 cups raspberries
– 3 kiwis, peeled and sliced
– 2 cups seedless grapes, halved
– 2 cups diced peaches
– Fresh mint leaves for garnish
Dressing (optional):
– 1/4 cup honey
– 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lime juice
– 1 tablespoon poppy seeds
Directions:
1. In a large glass bowl or trifle dish, start by layering the diced pineapple at the bottom.
2. Add a layer of diced mango on top of the pineapple.
3. Follow with a layer of sliced strawberries.
4. Add a layer of blueberries next.
5. Then, layer the raspberries over the blueberries.
6. Arrange the kiwi slices around the edge of the bowl for a decorative look and fill the center with any remaining slices.
7. Add the halved grapes as the next layer.
8. Top with a layer of diced peaches.
9. If using the dressing, mix honey, lime juice, and poppy seeds in a small bowl. Drizzle over the fruit layers.
