Ingredients:
500g ground beef
200g spaghetti, cooked and cooled
1 cup mozzarella cheese, cubed
1/2 cup bread crumbs
1/4 cup milk
1 small onion, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 egg
2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
2 cups marinara sauce
Parmesan cheese, for serving
Fresh basil leaves, for garnish
Directions:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a bowl, soak bread crumbs in milk for 5 minutes.
Add ground beef, onion, garlic, egg, parsley, salt, and pepper to the soaked bread crumbs. Mix until well combined.
Take a small amount of the meat mixture, flatten it in your hand, place a cube of mozzarella and a few strands of spaghetti in the center, then enclose the filling with the meat, forming a ball.
Repeat with the remaining meat, cheese, and spaghetti to make about 12 meatballs.
Place meatballs in a baking dish, cover with marinara sauce, and bake for 25-30 minutes.
Sprinkle with Parmesan and garnish with fresh basil before serving.
