Ingredients:
1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 lb sirloin steak, cut into 1-inch cubes
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp dried thyme
1 tsp smoked paprika
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp salt
2 cups baby potatoes, halved
1 cup cherry tomatoes
1 lemon, sliced
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Directions:
Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
In a large bowl, combine olive oil, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, thyme, smoked paprika, black pepper, and salt. Add shrimp and steak cubes, tossing to coat. Let marinate for at least 15 minutes.
Prepare four large sheets of aluminum foil. Divide the baby potatoes and cherry tomatoes among the sheets, placing them in the center.
Evenly distribute the marinated shrimp and steak cubes over the vegetables. Top each with lemon slices.
Fold up the sides of the foil and seal into packets.
Grill the foil packs for 10-12 minutes, or until the shrimp is opaque and the steak is cooked to your desired doneness.
Carefully open the foil packs and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
