This healthy pancake recipe is going to become a family favorite


Each fluffy pancake has just one Smart Point—and no banana!

Ingredients

1 cup self rising flour

1/2 cup NF greek yogurt

eggs

1 1/2 teaspoon baking powder

1 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/8 teaspoon almond extract

1/3 cup + 2Tablespoons water

Instructions

Put all ingredients into mixer (wet ingredients first). Mix with whisk attachment until blended. Cook on griddle heated to medium. Makes 12 pancakes, 1 SP each!
