Ingredients:
For the Crust:
2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
For the Filling:
1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
1 (3 oz) package orange-flavored gelatin
1/4 cup boiling water
1 cup heavy whipping cream, whipped to stiff peaks
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 tablespoon orange zest
1/2 cup orange juice

Whipped cream
Orange slices

Directions:
For the Crust:
In a medium bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Mix until well combined.
Press the mixture firmly into the bottom and up the sides of a 9-inch pie dish. Place in the freezer to chill while preparing the filling.
For the Filling:
In a small bowl, dissolve the orange-flavored gelatin in the boiling water. Allow to cool slightly.
In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add the sweetened condensed milk, mixing until well combined.
Stir in the cooled gelatin mixture, orange juice, vanilla extract, and orange zest.
Gently fold in the whipped cream until fully combined.
Pour the filling into the chilled graham cracker crust and smooth the top with a spatula.
Freezing:
Place the pie in the freezer for at least 4 hours, or until fully set.
Serving:
Before serving, garnish with whipped cream, orange slices, and additional orange zest if desired.
Allow the pie to sit at room temperature for about 10 minutes before slicing for easier cutting.
