👩🍳 Instructions
1️⃣ Make the Steaks
- In a bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Mix gently until combined (don’t overmix).
- Shape into 4 oval patties.
2️⃣ Cook the Steaks

4️⃣ Combine

- Simmer 5–7 minutes until the steaks are fully cooked and flavorful.
5️⃣ Serve
- Spoon steaks with gravy over mashed potatoes, rice, or noodles.
- Garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
💡 Tips & Variations

- Low-carb: Skip breadcrumbs, add 1 tbsp almond flour
- Make ahead: Steaks can be shaped and refrigerated for 1 day, cook fresh
- Creamy gravy option: Add ¼ cup heavy cream at the end
