Ingredients:

• 1 lb lean ground beef
• 1 cup diced yellow onion
• 24 oz can original Manwich sauce
• 15 oz can original Manwich sauce
• 12 oz package farfalle (bowtie) noodles (cooked al dente)
• 8 oz package shredded Velveeta
• 8 oz package shredded Colby-Jack cheese

Directions:

1. Preheat Oven: Get your oven warmed up to 350°F. Grab a 9×13 baking dish and give it a light spray with cooking spray. Set it aside.
2. Brown Beef and Onion: Take a big pot, about 4-5 quarts should do, and toss in your ground beef and diced onion. Cook them up over medium-high heat until the beef is browned and the onions are soft. Once done, drain off any extra grease, then put the beef and onions back in the pot.
3. Add Ingredients: Stir in both cans of Manwich sauce, the cooked bowtie noodles, and the shredded Velveeta. Mix everything together until it’s all nice and blended.
4. Transfer to Baking Dish: Pour the whole sloppy joe mix into your prepared 9×13 baking dish.
5. Add Cheese: Sprinkle the shredded Colby-Jack cheese evenly over the top of your casserole.
6. Bake: Pop the dish in the oven and let it bake for about 25 minutes, or until the cheese on top is all melty and bubbly.
7. Cool and Serve: Once it’s done baking, take it out of the oven and let it cool off a bit before digging in.
8. Enjoy: Serve up this warm and comforting Sloppy Joe Casserole and savor every delicious bite!
