Instructions

1. Prepare the Filling

Add the chopped sundried tomatoes, black olives, and corn. Stir and cook for an additional 2 minutes until everything is well combined. Remove from heat and set aside to cool.

2. Assemble the Wraps

Lay the tortilla wraps flat on a clean surface.
Place a slice of mozzarella and feta cheese in the center of each wrap.
Top with the spinach and sundried tomato filling.
Fold the sides of the tortilla inwards, then roll it up tightly to secure the filling inside.

3. Cook the Wraps (Optional)

To fry: Heat a little olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
Place the wraps seam-side down and cook for 2โ€“3 minutes per side until they are golden and crispy.
To bake: Preheat the oven to 375ยฐF (190ยฐC). Place the wraps on a baking sheet and bake for 5โ€“7 minutes, flipping halfway through until they are crispy and slightly browned.
