Ingredients
• 1 cup heavy whipping cream, cold
• 1 ½ cups fresh or frozen strawberries (hulled)
• ½ cup Greek yogurt (vanilla or strawberry flavor)
• 2 tablespoons honey or sugar (adjust to taste)
• ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
• Optional: 1 tablespoon strawberry gelatin powder or freeze-dried strawberry powder for extra color/flavor
⸻
Instructions
1. Blend the strawberries: In a blender or food processor, purée the strawberries until smooth.
2. Sweeten it: Add yogurt, honey, and vanilla to the purée and blend again until fully combined.
3. Whip the cream: In a chilled bowl, beat the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
4. Fold it together: Gently fold the strawberry mixture into the whipped cream until smooth and fluffy.
5. Pipe it: Spoon into a piping bag (or zip-top bag with a corner cut off) and swirl into glasses, like in the photo.
6. Chill or freeze:
• For a mousse-like dessert, refrigerate for about 2 hours.
• For a soft-serve texture, freeze for 30–45 minutes before serving.
Top with a fresh strawberry for that finishing touch.
