Taco Cupcake Recipe

Ingredients:

1 lb ground beef or turkey

1 packet taco seasoning

2/3 cup water

1 can biscuit dough or 24 wonton wrappers

1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or Mexican blend)

Optional toppings: sour cream, salsa, tomatoes, jalapeños, etc.

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

2. Cook ground meat in a skillet until browned. Drain excess fat.

3. Stir in taco seasoning and water. Simmer for 5 minutes.

4. Spray muffin tin with non-stick spray.

5. Press biscuit dough or wonton wrappers into each muffin cup.

6. Fill with taco meat and top with shredded cheese.

7. Bake for 10–15 minutes, until golden and bubbly.

8. Cool slightly. Top with optional toppings and serve.

Points (Tips):

Use wonton wrappers for a crispier base.

Double-layer wrappers for a sturdier shell.

Add extras like beans, corn, or jalapeños.

Top with sour cream or guacamole after baking.

Make ahead and freeze for easy snacks or lunchboxes.
