  • 4 slices turkey bacon, chopped

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Cook the Bacon:

  • In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  • Add the chopped turkey bacon and cook until crispy, about 5-7 minutes.
  • Remove the turkey bacon from the skillet and set aside, leaving the drippings in the pan.

2. Sauté the Brussels Sprouts:

  • Add the halved Brussels sprouts to the skillet.
  • Cook for 6-8 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the sprouts are golden brown and tender.
  • Add the minced garlic and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes until fragrant.

3. Make the Creamy Sauce:

  • Pour the heavy cream into the skillet with the Brussels sprouts and garlic.
  • Bring to a simmer and cook for 2-3 minutes until the cream thickens slightly.
  • Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese and shredded mozzarella cheese until melted and well combined.

4. Combine and Serve:

  • Add the crispy turkey bacon back to the skillet and stir to combine.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
