Ingredients:
1 lb Italian sausage
1 small onion, chopped
4 cloves garlic, minced
6 cups chicken broth
1 (24 oz) jar Alfredo sauce
1 (14.5 oz) can diced tomatoes, undrained
1 cup heavy cream
8 oz lasagna noodles, broken into pieces
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon dried basil
1 teaspoon dried oregano
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh basil, for garnish
Directions:
Cook the Sausage: In a large pot, cook the Italian sausage over medium heat until browned. Remove and set aside.
