4 Kiwi
2 lbs strawberries
Chocolate chips
1 pkg sugar cookie dough
8 oz cream cheese
2/3 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla
8 oz cool whip
1. Spread cookie dough on 12 oz pizza pan. Bake at 375 10 to 11 min. Let cool.
2. Beat cream cheese, sugar, vanilla and cool whip. Spread on cooled cookie.
3. Arrange thin slices of kiwi all along edges. Add cut up strawberries. Place chocolate chip pieces throughout.
4. Serve immediately. Strawberries won’t store well and do get mushy.
