3 tbsp plain nonfat Greek yogurt (instead of cream cheese) – 0 Points

Instructions
Preheat Oven
Preheat oven to 160°C (320°F). Line an 8-inch round cake pan with parchment paper.
Beat Egg Whites
In a clean, dry bowl, add egg whites + cream of tartar.
Beat with an electric mixer until soft peaks form.
Gradually add half the sweetener, beating until stiff peaks form. Set aside.
Make Yolk Mixture
In another bowl, whisk together egg yolks, Greek yogurt, vanilla, salt, and remaining sweetener until smooth.
Fold Gently
Stir 1/3 of the beaten egg whites into the yolk mixture to lighten it.
Carefully fold in the remaining egg whites with a spatula, keeping the mixture airy.
Bake
Pour into prepared pan.
Bake 25–30 minutes, until golden and set in the middle.
Cool & Serve
Allow to cool fully before slicing.
Dust with extra sweetener or top with berries/whipped topping if desired.
