Ingredients

  • 8 oz. Rotini Pasta
  • 1 lb. Beef (Ground)
  • 1 Packet Taco Seasoning
  • 1 ½ cup Salsa
  • ⅓ cup Water
  • 2 cup Taco Blend Cheese (Shredded)

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta in boiling water until done to your liking, and drain well.
  2. While the pasta is cooking, add the meat to a skillet over medium high heat, and saute until completely browned. Drain the excess fat.
  3. Stir in the water and taco seasoning, and mix to combine well. Saute until the water is almost completely absorbed.
  4. Stir in the noodles, 1 ½ cups of the cheese and the salsa.
  5. Top with the remaining cheese and serve.
