Ingredients
- 8 oz. Rotini Pasta
- 1 lb. Beef (Ground)
- 1 Packet Taco Seasoning
- 1 ½ cup Salsa
- ⅓ cup Water
- 2 cup Taco Blend Cheese (Shredded)
Instructions
- Cook the pasta in boiling water until done to your liking, and drain well.
- While the pasta is cooking, add the meat to a skillet over medium high heat, and saute until completely browned. Drain the excess fat.
- Stir in the water and taco seasoning, and mix to combine well. Saute until the water is almost completely absorbed.
- Stir in the noodles, 1 ½ cups of the cheese and the salsa.
- Top with the remaining cheese and serve.
