Ingredients:
1 pound ground beef
8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
1 small onion, finely diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 package refrigerated biscuit dough (8 biscuits)
1 tablespoon mustard
1 tablespoon ketchup
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
Oil for frying
Directions:
In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.
Add onion and garlic to the skillet and cook until onions are translucent.
Stir in cooked bacon, mustard, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Cook for another 2 minutes. Set aside to cool slightly.
Flatten each biscuit into a thin round. Spoon a portion of the beef mixture into the center of each biscuit, top with a sprinkle of cheddar cheese.
Fold the dough over the filling, pinching the edges to seal and form a ball.
Heat oil in a deep fryer or large pot to 375°F (190°C).
Fry the bombs in batches until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side. Drain on paper towels.
Serve hot with additional ketchup and mustard for dipping.
