Ingredients:
2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts, diced
1 bag (32 oz) frozen tater tots
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 can (10.75 oz) cream of chicken soup
1 cup milk
1/2 cup sour cream
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine the cream of chicken soup, milk, sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
Stir in the diced chicken and 1 cup of shredded cheese.
Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish and layer the frozen tater tots evenly on the bottom.
Pour the chicken mixture over the tater tots and spread evenly.
Top with the remaining 1 cup of shredded cheese.
Bake in the preheated oven for 45-50 minutes, or until the casserole is bubbly and the cheese is golden brown.
