Cinnamon Sugar Cream Cheese Rolls

Ingredients:

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 package refrigerated crescent roll dough (optional, for making the rolls)
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter (optional, for brushing)
  • 2 tablespoons cinnamon sugar (optional, for topping)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven according to the crescent roll package instructions (if using).
  2. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
  3. Roll out the crescent dough and spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over it.
  4. Sprinkle cinnamon sugar over the cream cheese layer.
  5. Roll the dough into a log and cut into individual rolls. Place them in a greased baking dish.
  6. Brush with melted butter on top and bake according to package instructions, usually 12–15 minutes, until golden brown.
  7. Let cool slightly before serving.

Tips:

  • Serve warm for the creamiest texture.
  • You can drizzle with a simple glaze made of powdered sugar and milk for extra sweetness.
