🥗 Creamy Dill Chicken Salad (Copycat)

Ingredients

  • 2–3 cups cooked chicken breast, diced
  • 2 celery stalks, chopped
  • ½ red bell pepper, finely chopped
  • ¾ cup mayonnaise
  • 1–2 tbsp fresh dill, finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice or apple cider vinegar
  • Salt & black pepper to taste
  • Optional: 1 tsp Dijon mustard or a pinch of garlic powder

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine chicken, celery, and red pepper.
  2. In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, dill, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  3. Fold dressing into chicken mixture until well coated.
  4. Chill for 30 minutes for best flavor.
  5. Serve cold.
