Ingredients
- 2–3 cups cooked chicken breast, diced
- 2 celery stalks, chopped
- ½ red bell pepper, finely chopped
- ¾ cup mayonnaise
- 1–2 tbsp fresh dill, finely chopped
- 1 tbsp lemon juice or apple cider vinegar
- Salt & black pepper to taste
- Optional: 1 tsp Dijon mustard or a pinch of garlic powder
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine chicken, celery, and red pepper.
- In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, dill, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Fold dressing into chicken mixture until well coated.
- Chill for 30 minutes for best flavor.
- Serve cold.
