- 1 cup drippy peanut butter

Preheat & prep
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) (or 320°F fan). Lightly spray a loaf tin with cooking oil. -
Mix the batter
In a large bowl, combine mashed bananas, peanut butter, eggs, and baking powder. Mix until smooth and well combined. -
Fold in nuts
Gently fold in the chopped walnuts or pecans. -
Transfer to pan
Pour the batter into the prepared loaf tin and smooth the top. -
Add chocolate & bake
Sprinkle chopped dark chocolate evenly over the top.
Bake for 50–55 minutes, or until set in the center. Tip: If the top browns too quickly, loosely cover with foil. -
Cool & slice
Let the bread cool for 15 minutes before slicing and serving.
