🛒 Ingredients
- 12 oz mushrooms (button or cremini), cleaned and halved
- 1 cup breadcrumbs (panko for extra crunch)
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp paprika
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- 2 large eggs, beaten
- Oil for frying (or olive oil spray for baking/air fryer)
- Fresh parsley, finely chopped (optional)

1. Prep the Coating
In a shallow bowl, mix breadcrumbs, Parmesan, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
2. Bread the Mushrooms

Frying:
