1 pound baby potatoes, halved

Directions:
Place chicken breasts and halved baby potatoes in the crockpot.
In a bowl, mix melted butter, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, thyme, basil, oregano, salt, and black pepper.
Pour the garlic Parmesan mixture over the chicken and potatoes, ensuring everything is well-coated.
Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours until the chicken is fully cooked and the potatoes are tender.
Garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving.
