Ingredients:
Ground beef (1 lb)
Taco seasoning (1 packet)
Pasta (8 oz, cooked)
Cheddar cheese (1 cup, shredded)
Diced tomatoes (1 can)
Sour cream (0.5 cup)
Ice (as needed)
Instructions:
Brown ground beef in a skillet, drain excess fat.
Add taco seasoning and diced tomatoes, simmer for 5 minutes.
Stir in cooked pasta and sour cream.
Top with shredded cheddar cheese and let it melt.
