Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs 🍪
1/4 cup granulated sugar 🍚
1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted 🧈
3 packages (8 oz each) cream cheese, softened 🧀
1 cup granulated sugar 🍚
1 teaspoon vanilla extract 🌼
3 large eggs 🥚
1/2 cup sour cream 🥛
1/4 cup heavy cream 🥛
1 cup strawberry puree 🍓
Fresh strawberries for garnish 🍓
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C). Grease a 9-inch springform pan.
In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, 1/4 cup sugar, and melted butter. Press mixture into the bottom of the prepared pan.
In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and 1 cup sugar until smooth. Add vanilla extract, then beat in eggs one at a time. Mix in sour cream and heavy cream until well combined.
Pour half of the cream cheese mixture over the crust. Arrange strawberry slices. Drizzle half of the strawberry puree over the filling. Swirl with a knife to create a marbled effect.
Pour the remaining cream cheese mixture over the first layer. Drizzle the remaining strawberry puree on top and swirl with a knife.
Bake for 55-60 minutes, or until the center is set. Turn off the oven and let the cheesecake cool in the oven with the door slightly open for 1 hour.
Remove from oven and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
Before serving, garnish with fresh strawberries.
