• 1 pound breakfast sausage
  • 1 cup Bisquick baking mix
  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 4 eggs


  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C)
  2.  grease a 12-cup muffin tin.
  3. Brown and crumble the breakfast sausage in a skillet over medium heat.
  4. Drain off any excess grease.Whisk the eggs in a mixing bowl. Stir in the cheese and Bisquick, mixing well.
  5. Fold in the cooked sausage.Evenly distribute the mixture into the muffin cups, filling each about two-thirds full
  6. .Bake for about 20 minutes, or until the muffins are golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.Let the muffins cool for a few minutes before serving.
