For the Glaze:
- 2 tablespoons reduced-sugar ketchup
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon honey or agave nectar
Instructions:
- Preheat the Oven:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Prepare the Meatloaf Mixture:
- In a large bowl, combine extra-lean ground turkey, grated zucchini, whole wheat breadcrumbs, chopped onion, minced garlic, applesauce, egg, Worcestershire sauce, dried oregano, dried thyme, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
