Ingredients:
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
1/4 cup melted butter
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup grated provolone cheese
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a baking dish with olive oil.
Season and Cook Chicken: Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the chicken breasts until they are golden brown on both sides but not cooked through, about 3-4 minutes per side. Transfer the chicken to the prepared baking dish.

Assemble Dish: Top each chicken breast with the shredded mozzarella and provolone cheese. Sprinkle the Parmesan breadcrumb mixture evenly over the chicken breasts.
Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the topping is golden brown.
Garnish and Serve: Remove from the oven and let rest for a few minutes. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving.
