No Bake Peanut Butter Energy Bites Recipe. A healthy, low calorie snack. 3 W-W Freestyle points and 2 Smart Points.


  • ½ cup honey
  • ½ cup reduced-fat peanut butter
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • ⅓ cup non-fat powdered milk
  • ⅔ cup raw hulled sunflower seeds
  • 1½ cups  Cheerios cereal
  • ⅔ cup raisins or dried cherries


  • In a large bowl, combine honey, lemon juice, peanut butter, and powdered milk and mix well
  • Add the sunflower seeds, raisins or dried cherries, and Cherrios and mix well.
  • Wet your hands and roll the cereal mixture into balls.
  • Place on wax paper until the balls dry to touch approx 30 minutes.
  • Put in airtight container. Store at room temperature for up to Four days.
