Broccoli Apple Salad 🥦Recipe

Ingredients:
4 cups fresh broccoli florets (about 2 medium heads)
½ cup shredded carrots
¼ cup diced red onion
2 large apples, finely chopped (Gala apples recommended)
½ cup pecans, coarsely chopped
½ cup dried cranberries
½ cup lite mayonnaise
½ cup low fat Greek yogurt
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 tablespoon sugar
¼ teaspoon salt
⅛ teaspoon pepper
Directions:
Prepare the Salad Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine the broccoli, carrots, red onion, apples, pecans, and dried cranberries.
Make the Dressing: In a separate bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, lemon juice, sugar, salt, and pepper until smooth.
Combine and Chill: Pour the dressing over the salad and toss gently to coat all the ingredients evenly.
Chill and Serve: Refrigerate the salad until ready to serve. This salad can be enjoyed immediately or chilled for a few hours to enhance the flavors.
