Mushroom Swiss Bacon Meatloaf Casserole Recipe

Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef
1/2 lb ground pork
1 cup mushrooms, finely chopped
4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
1/2 cup Swiss cheese, shredded
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
1/4 cup milk
1 egg
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). In a bowl, combine ground beef, ground pork, mushrooms, bacon, Swiss cheese, breadcrumbs, milk, egg, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper.
Place mixture in a baking dish and shape into a loaf.
Bake for 1 hour, or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (70°C). Let rest before slicing.
Notes: Serve with a side of mashed potatoes for a comforting meal! 🥔
