๐Ÿ‹ Refreshing Ginger Water (Safe & Healthy Version)

Ingredients

  • 1โ€“2 tablespoons fresh ginger, sliced or grated
  • 4 cups water
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon honey (optional)
  • A pinch of turmeric (optional powerhouse boost)

Instructions

  1. Add ginger and water to a pot.
  2. Bring to a boil, then simmer 10โ€“15 minutes.
  3. Strain into a pitcher.
  4. Add lemon or honey if desired.
  5. Drink warm or chilled.
