Ingredients
- 1โ2 tablespoons fresh ginger, sliced or grated
- 4 cups water
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice (optional)
- 1 teaspoon honey (optional)
- A pinch of turmeric (optional powerhouse boost)
Instructions
- Add ginger and water to a pot.
- Bring to a boil, then simmer 10โ15 minutes.
- Strain into a pitcher.
- Add lemon or honey if desired.
- Drink warm or chilled.
