These Reuben Crescent Rolls are a delightful twist on the classic Reuben sandwich, perfect for a quick and easy meal or appetizer. Each roll is filled with savory corned beef, tangy sauerkraut, and melty Swiss cheese, all wrapped up in a buttery crescent roll dough and baked to golden perfection.
8 ounces crescent roll dough, broken into 8 triangles
¼ cup Thousand Island dressing
¼ pound shredded corned beef
¾ cup shredded Swiss cheese
⅓ cup sauerkraut, very well drained
Preheat your oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit and line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.
Roll out the crescent roll dough and separate it into 8 equal triangles. Arrange the triangles on the parchment paper-lined baking sheet.
Spread 1/2 tablespoon of Thousand Island dressing onto each crescent roll triangle.
Evenly divide the shredded corned beef among the triangles, placing it on top of the dressing.
Sprinkle shredded Swiss cheese and sauerkraut over the corned beef, dividing them equally among the triangles.
Starting at the wider end of each triangle, roll up the crescent rolls towards the pointed end. Place any stray pieces of shredded cheese on top of the rolls.
Bake in the preheated oven for 10 to 12 minutes, or until the rolls are golden brown and cooked through.
Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
