Ingredients:
Potatoes, cut into wedges
Olive oil
Garlic, minced
Lemon juice
Oregano
Salt and pepper
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions:
Toss:
In a large bowl, combine the potato wedges with olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, oregano, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat evenly.
Roast:
Spread the seasoned potato wedges on a baking sheet in a single layer.
Bake in a preheated oven at 425°F (220°C) for 25-30 minutes, or until golden and crispy, turning them halfway through.
Garnish:
Sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving.
