Ingredients:

  • 1/3 head of cabbage, finely shredded
  • 1 large carrot, julienned or grated
  • 1 fresh cucumber, julienned or sliced thinly
  • 1 large red apple, julienned or sliced thinly
  • 1 red onion, thinly sliced into rings
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 50 ml extra virgin olive oil

Instructions:

  1. In a large bowl, combine cabbage, carrot, cucumber, apple, and red onion.
  2. Drizzle with lemon juice and olive oil.
  3. Toss well to coat all ingredients evenly.
  4. Serve immediately or let it chill for 10–15 minutes to enhance flavors.
