- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper

👩🍳 Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease or line a mini muffin pan.
- Cook sausage in a skillet over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Whisk eggs with milk, pepper, spices, and baking powder.
- Stir in flour, cheese, cooked sausage, and any add-ins.
