Salmon fillets
Olive oil
Chili powder
Paprika
Garlic powder
Onion powder
Cumin
Salt
Black pepper
Tortillas
Toppings (avocado, red cabbage, cilantro, lime, etc.)
Instructions:
Prepare the Salmon: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). In a small bowl, mix chili powder, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, salt, and pepper. Rub the salmon fillets with olive oil and coat with the spice mixture.
Bake the Salmon: Place the salmon on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
Prepare the Toppings: While the salmon is baking, prepare your desired toppings such as slicing avocado, shredding red cabbage, and chopping cilantro.
Assemble the Tacos: Warm the tortillas in a skillet or microwave. Flake the baked salmon into bite-sized pieces. Place the salmon on the tortillas and add your preferred toppings. Squeeze fresh lime juice over the top for added flavor.
Serve: Serve the tacos immediately with extra lime wedges on the side.
