Slimming Crepes

Serves: 6 crepes
Syns: ½ Syn each (if using milk as Healthy Extra A)


Ingredients

  • 100g plain flour (16 Syns)
  • 2 large eggs (Free)
  • 300ml skimmed milk (part of Healthy Extra A, or 6 Syns)
  • Low-calorie cooking spray
  • Pinch of salt


Method

  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk flour, eggs, milk, and salt until smooth (batter should be thin).
  2. Spray a non-stick frying pan with low-calorie cooking spray and heat over medium heat.
  3. Pour in a thin layer of batter, tilting the pan to spread evenly.
  4. Cook for 1–2 minutes until the underside is golden, then flip and cook for another minute.
  5. Repeat with remaining batter.
