Ingredients
- 100g plain flour (16 Syns)
- 2 large eggs (Free)
- 300ml skimmed milk (part of Healthy Extra A, or 6 Syns)
- Low-calorie cooking spray
- Pinch of salt
Method
- In a mixing bowl, whisk flour, eggs, milk, and salt until smooth (batter should be thin).
- Spray a non-stick frying pan with low-calorie cooking spray and heat over medium heat.
- Pour in a thin layer of batter, tilting the pan to spread evenly.
- Cook for 1–2 minutes until the underside is golden, then flip and cook for another minute.
- Repeat with remaining batter.
