Ingredients

1 cup low-fat cottage cheese

1 cup self-rising flour

1 large egg

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment.

2. Blend cottage cheese until smooth.

3. Combine cottage cheese with flour to form a dough.

4. Knead lightly and divide into 4 pieces.

5. Shape each into a bagel and place on baking sheet.

6. Brush tops with beaten egg and add seasoning.

7. Bake 20–25 minutes until golden brown.
