📝 Ingredients
- 1 kg beef cubes (boneless)
- 1 packet onion soup mix or 2 tbsp onion powder + salt
- 1 cup BBQ sauce or tomato ketchup + 1 tbsp vinegar
- 1 cup water or beef broth

- Put raw beef cubes into slow cooker.
- Sprinkle onion soup mix over beef.
- Pour BBQ sauce + water/broth.
- Mix lightly.
- Cook:
✔ Low: 7–8 hours
✔ High: 4–5 hours
Beef becomes super tender and juicy.
