With a background in nutrition and a knack for turning Brussels sprouts into something crave-worthy, he started Little Healthy Life in 2021 to share his love for all things delicious and nutritious.

Eddie Ahmed – Managing Editor & Pun Master

Eddie keeps our content sharper than a chef’s knife. He’s the one who ensures our articles make sense and occasionally slips in a food pun or two (okay, maybe three). When he’s not editing, he’s perfecting his avocado toast artistry.
