Ingredients
- 1 medium head cauliflower, cut into florets
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs (or almond flour for low-carb)
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Wash and dry cauliflower florets well.
- In a bowl, toss cauliflower with olive oil.
- In another bowl mix breadcrumbs/almond flour, Parmesan, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Coat the cauliflower florets in the seasoning mixture.
- Place them in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Air fry for 12–15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until golden and crispy.
