Ingredients:

6 small flour tortillas
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 tablespoon butter, melted
1 cup cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup apple pie filling (homemade or store-bought)
Caramel sauce (for drizzling)
Whipped cream (for topping)

Directions:

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
Combine the granulated sugar and ground cinnamon in a small bowl.
Brush both sides of each tortilla with melted butter, then sprinkle with the cinnamon sugar mixture.
Drape the tortillas over two bars of the oven rack to form taco shapes. Bake for 5-7 minutes or until golden brown and crispy. Remove from the oven and let cool completely.
In a medium bowl, beat the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
Fill each cooled tortilla shell with a generous spoonful of the cream cheese mixture.
Top with apple pie filling.
Drizzle with caramel sauce and add a dollop of whipped cream.
