Ingredients:
2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or Mexican blend)
4 flour tortillas
1/2 cup salsa
1/4 cup chopped cilantro (optional)
Instructions:
Preheat a large skillet over medium heat.
Place a tortilla in the skillet, sprinkle with cheese, chicken, salsa, and cilantro.
Top with another tortilla and cook until golden and cheese melts, about 2-3 minutes per side.
Repeat with remaining ingredients.
