  • 3 Honeycrisp apples, cored and diced
  • 2 celery stalks, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup red or green grapes, halved
  • ½ cup pecans, toasted
  • ½ cup dried cranberries
  • ½ cup plain Greek yogurt (or mayonnaise for a richer option)
  • 1–2 tablespoons honey (optional, for extra sweetness)
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions:

  1. In a large bowl, combine the diced apples, sliced celery, halved grapes, pecans, and dried cranberries.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt, honey (if using), lemon juice, and a pinch of salt.
  3. Pour the dressing over the salad and gently toss to coat everything evenly.
