Ingredients:

2 cups flour

2 tbsp baking powder

1/2 tsp salt

1/2 cup cold butter, cubed

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup diced ham

1 cup buttermilk

1/2 cup butter (for swim), melted

1/2 tsp garlic powder (optional)

1/2 tsp dried parsley (optional)

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Grease a 9Ɨ13-inch pan.

Mix flour, baking powder, and salt. Cut in butter until crumbly. Stir in cheese and ham.

Add buttermilk and mix until combined. Spread dough in pan.

Pour melted butter (mixed with garlic and parsley) over dough.

Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden. Enjoy warm!
