Baked Apple Cinnamon Cottage Cheese Breakfast Bowls
Ingredients:
1 apple, chopped
1 cup cottage cheese
1 egg
1–2 tsp maple syrup or honey
½ tsp cinnamon
¼ tsp vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
Optional: nuts, raisins, granola for topping
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a bowl, mix cottage cheese, egg, maple syrup, cinnamon, vanilla, and salt.
Fold in chopped apple.
Pour into ramekins or a small baking dish.
Bake for 25–30 minutes, until set and lightly golden.
Top with nuts or granola, if desired.
